Our weekend cleanses are incredibly popular. We have introduced a detox program which starts on Saturday morning and ends on Sunday evening.
Not only will your program incorporate two of our amazing treatments including a nutritional detox consultation, which will be taken consecutively on the Saturday. You will also receive five freshly prepared juices per day. It doesn’t get any easier.

Detox Nutritional Consultation
A one to one session with our in house detox expert. Advise and guidance in what would help you on your way to a healthier you.
Signature Therapeutic Massage
This massage is designed to help stimulate your lymph and liver functions, reduce inflammation and support utirine and ovarian health. Pure relaxation but with lots of benefits.
Colonic Hydrotherapy
Colonic Irrigation is the most essential part of your detox. It helps to remove the build up of excess waste and toxins from your colon in a mild and gentle fashion using water. It helps to stimulate your lymphatic system whilst exercising your colon to work harder and better for you.
